Quick chicken Madras

Ingredients
- 4 fresh red chillies, finely diced
- 4 chicken breasts or fewer if large
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200g tinned chopped tomatoes
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp dried Kashmiri chilli powder or use 1 part hot chili powder to 4 parts paprika
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tbsp sugar preferably caster
- 1 tsp sea salt or whatever salt you have
- 200ml water
- 2 tbsp double cream optional
