A great summery drink - like an extra fruity Mexican Mule.

Ingredients

60ml tequila
1½ tsp crème de cassis
1 lime
150ml ginger ale

Method

Place a few ice cubes in a tumbler. Add the juice of half the lime, the tequila and the cassis. Stir to combine. Top with the ginger ale, stir gently so as not to lose all the fizz. Drop in a wedge of lime and enjoy.
